You’re a high achiever, so leadership and management come naturally to you. People come to you because they know you can handle the big stuff. You love a challenge. You can perform under pressure.
But you easily run out of time before you run out of goals. Your ambitions outpace you—not because you’re not fast enough, but because you’re constantly getting derailed by interruptions. Urgent items and a lack of focus run you right off your productive path.
You want an energized, satisfying, effective life—not a distracted, overworked one. You want to be proactive, not reactive. You want the power to finish, delegate, and delete so that you can live and work in peace. In your mind’s eye, you can see yourself at peak productivity, but that reality is just out of reach.
What would that look like? How would it make you feel?
You’re laser focused: You have the ability to zone in on your most critical tasks. You slice through each day’s work with your productivity machete, chopping out every unnecessary, distracting element in your way. You leave work exactly when you mean to — confident that everything important got done.
Your hours produce exponential ROI: Since you’re focused only on your areas of greatest skill, contribution, and satisfaction, you and your business reap a huge return on your investment in measurable results like your income, sales, revenue, profitability, and market share.
Your team helps you succeed: Your team and support staff understand your schedule, expectations, and obligations. They come to you at the right times, instead of all the time. Equally, you empower others to use their greatest strengths and contribute to the vision you are all working toward.
You have margin for your most important relationships and self-care: Stress has no hold on you—or your health. You have the time, will, and freedom to take care of yourself and the people you love. And you have the joy that comes from making your spouse and family your most important priorities through date nights, vacations, and more.
You’re realizing your full potential: You always knew you were capable of more, but now you get to experience the thrill of exercising your God-given gifts day in and day out, not just occasionally. It fills you with enormous satisfaction to meet and exceed your goals.
We use and carry devices that ding, chime, and ring to get our attention. They alert us constantly from dawn until dusk—and into the night if we aren’t careful. We can’t help but attend to their chirping. After all, what if we miss something important?
Technology has made the world more efficient and less efficient at the same time. When we get work done faster, we just do more work. When our employees, vendors, and clients can reach us all the time, they do. And they expect us to respond immediately. Nothing is sacred to a cell phone. Slowly, we allow ourselves to fall prey to endless distractions, some of our own making, and some that we simply can’t seem to avoid.
Interruptions destroy our ability to concentrate. Want to know exactly what’s ailing you when you experience that “brain drain” sensation at the end of the day? You are suffering from fractured focus.
Experiencing fractured focus means that even if you had the time to do what matters—for your family or your business—you wouldn’t be able to. You are so used to being interrupted that your best rarely happens. The initiatives that might move the needle for your organization are always bubbling live on the back burner. Projects that could drive results are left unfinished. And the quality attention that you could be giving to your marriage, your kids, and your health is going by the wayside.
Let me throw you a lifeline.
If anyone knows how it feels to face non-stop emails, constant interruptions, and an endless set of tasks—with the pressure to constantly drive results—I sure do.
If you’ve faced personal and professional chaos because of your to-do list, I hear you.
As a father of five daughters, I have been the CEO of a major corporation and am now a successful entrepreneur leading a fast-growing company. If you want to talk about raising a family, running a business, managing employees, satisfying shareholders, following your dreams, AND having time for rest and relationships, you have come to the right place.
First, I need to share an important truth with you: There will always be more tasks than time.
As I spent years pursuing the answer to making my own life productive and fulfilling, I realized that the solution isn’t magically getting it all done or finding more hours in the day.
You and I only have 24 hours a day, and that’s it.
But how you make use of those 24 hours is the difference between feeling swallowed alive and feeling like the task-eating shark on top of the food chain.
You must learn to make the maximum use of your hours with the kind of focus that only few know how to harness.
And I’m going to show you how.
We get used to tools and tricks. They can be helpful, but ultimately they don’t solve your real challenge. More often than not, they just result in more busyness. The old model of productivity—the one that’s all about getting more done at a faster speed—is only a bandaid.
And, especially for leaders like you and me, it’s an incomplete one. Entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders like us are measured by what we achieve, not what we do. It’s the difference between activity and results.
I’ve created an entirely new system for productivity that will drive results, not mere activity. After all, productivity should be means to a greater end—the achievement of what matters most at work and at home.
What I’m about to show you will clear a path for you to achieve more by actually doing less.
Achieving more by doing less looks like:
And this is exactly what makes my new course different from anything else you may have tried.
Traditional productivity systems have it all wrong. They define productivity as the ability to do more—faster. But, that’s dead wrong. Usually, this approach just speed up the hamster wheel, magnifying the sense of overwhelm, exhaustion, and dissatisfaction you already feel.
What you really need is a simple, proven plan to help you achieve more of what really matters by doing less of what doesn’t. It’s time to ditch the old, outdated model, and discover a new approach that gives you the freedom you’ve been looking for. That’s what I call Productivity 2.0, and that’s exactly what I’ll show you how to accomplish in my new, groundbreaking course, Free to Focus.
Trade Your Hamster Wheel for The Productivity Flywheel™
The problem with being on the hamster wheel is that it can’t run without you. As a leader, I bet you can relate. Unfortunately, that means the more successful you become, and the more responsibility you’re given, the faster you have to go to keep up. It’s exhausting, and the pace is unsustainable.
But what if there were a better way—one that used your energy in an entirely different way? What if you could trade your hamster wheel for a flywheel?
A flywheel is a completely different type of wheel. Unlike the hamster wheel that must be continuously powered to move, the flywheel is designed to run on momentum, and does not have to be continuously powered to run. Instead, that momentum keeps the flywheel moving even when no additional energy is being used.
That’s exactly what The Productivity Flywheel does, and that’s what my entire Free to Focus system is built on. I want to give you a self-perpetuating system that virtually runs itself so you can spend your best energy and time on the projects that move the needle in your business and bring you the greatest joy.
"This program has made it simple and easy for me to say ‘no' to the things that once distracted me from my true priorities. Free to Focus is directly responsible for helping reduce my workload by 10 hours per week. In the month after I completed the course, my company revenue increased 40% over the previous month. This is the best productivity course I have ever taken, and there's nobody better at this than Michael Hyatt.”
The first thing we need to do is STOP. This is a radical departure from everything you’ve ever been told about productivity. Conventional wisdom says you need to move faster and push harder to achieve more, but that is 180-degrees backwards. We have to get clear on what we we’re after, what is and isn’t working, and get a vision for what’s possible before we turn our attention to greater efficiency. Otherwise, we’ll just propel ourselves faster in the wrong direction.
In Free to Focus, I divide Step 1 into three lessons. These serve as the foundation for your Productivity Flywheel.
The next step will help you cut through the jungle of too many to-do’s, so you can see your path to what matters most clearly. Tasks take energy, and when we attempt too much it depletes us, leaving us exhausted, less effective, and burdened by unfinished work and unmet expectations.
With the three lessons of Step 2, I’ll show you how to eliminate 80% of what’s on your to-do list should never have made it on there to begin with. Then I’m going to supply you with three tools for chipping, chiseling, and sanding your schedule into a masterpiece. When we’re done, you’ll be free to finish your most important tasks and projects and leave everything else behind. This will give you the dramatic freedom to spend more time with your family and get to the goals you’ve been putting off.
In Step 1, you build a solid foundation for your future productivity. You discovered where you are now, where you want to go, and “why” productivity is important to you. You also learned that productivity is more about energy management and time management, and you crafted a regime to ensure you always have enough energy to be free to focus.
In Step 2, you cleared the path of everything that stands between you and the freedom you long for—freedom to focus on your most important projects, goals, and relationships. You’ve eliminated, automated, and delegated, and now all that’s left is the work in your Desire Zone.
From that place of renewed energy and focus, we move into Step 3 to set you in motion so you can achieve more now that you’re doing less. This model will show you how to get moving and stay focused on the tasks that matter.
“I came into Free to Focus a skeptic and feeling hopeless. On the edge of burnout is an understatement. I ended the course a revived dreamer with a sustainable plan for long-term success.”

Right now, if you’re like most entrepreneurs and leaders, you’re probably spending 20% of your time on high-leverage, revenue-producing projects. The other 80% is spent on inefficient meetings, solving other people’s problems, a sea of email, draining operational issues, and the countless fires you have to put out.
But what if you could flip that — and spend 80% of your time on the projects that drive your business forward instead of just keeping it going?
That’s would mean a 300% increase in your ability to focus on the projects and priorities that generate cash now and in the future. You could …
If your business received 300% more of your best thinking and creativity, that would double or even triple your revenue. Your personal income could grow by 50% — or much more.
Right now your business is running on 20% of your best efforts… but it doesn’t have to be that way.
Imagine what it would feel like to finally have the FREEDOM to focus on the most important priorities in your business every day instead of every once in a while. Free to Focus is the accelerator that drives your business and revenue forward exponentially. You can’t afford not to take advantage of it.

You don’t have to keep getting derailed by non-stop interruptions and a never-ending task list. You don’t have to get to the end of each day feeling exhausted by the busyness, but uncertain about what you actually accomplished.
You don’t have to accept the regret that comes from not reaching your potential personally or in your business. And you don’t have to keep putting off your biggest goals or de-prioritizing the people you love most. There is another, far better way.
And this is exactly what makes my new course different from anything else you may have tried.
“Been having breakthroughs in getting everything cleared out of the way so I’m FREE TO FOCUS on the key, uncomfortable, new tasks required to launch my online businesses. I can actually see my vision moving forward and actually being possible again after being stopped. Thank you!”

Your circumstances will continue to throw you curveballs, but now you have an opportunity to gain a special advantage. You can get an expert coach, the right system, and the most effective techniques. Why wouldn’t you give yourself the best chance to do well? Why wouldn’t you get the help you need to succeed?
The only question left is this: If you really want your life to change, what are you waiting for?
Michael has benefitted greatly from David Allen’s work. He’s a friend who even endorsed Michael’s most recent book, Living Forward. But as we conducted productivity surveys for this course, we found that GTD doesn’t work for everyone. The majority of our survey respondents (77%) said that it either didn’t work for them at all (12%) or that it only worked for them in a limited capacity (65%). Many stated that it was just too complicated for them.
The Free to Focus approach is different. Our goal is not to help you get more things done. We want to help you accomplish more by doing less—getting the right things done. For that reason, it's also intentionally simple. It doesn’t require you to conform to a complex process or even to use specific tools. This course provides a totally new paradigm for thinking about productivity—one that leaves you feeling confident, energized, and free to focus on your most important priorities and relationships.
Free to Focus is 100% digital, so you will receive everything online. Your access to the course materials begins when you set up your account after purchase.
We’ll send you a confirmation email with details about how to set up your account. Once you do so, you’ll be able to log into the course and start as soon as you’re ready.
Unfortunately, public enrollment closes on September 22. After that, the doors will shut. We do not know when we’ll offer this product again. Of course, ultimately, the decision is yours because only you know your unique circumstances and timing.
If Free to Focus is not satisfactory for you, let us know within the first 30 days, and we’ll give you a full refund. We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Don’t worry—we believe that you’ll get a lot of value out of this course.
Email our team at email@example.com, and we’ll address your refund within one or two business days, if not immediately. Our team is very responsive and would love to help you.
You have lifetime access after purchasing the course. You do not have to renew at any point.
You can complete the course in just one hour per lesson (and that includes using the tools and exercises). The course is broken down into bite-sized chunks, designed with busy, high achievers in mind. The last thing we want is for you to get bogged down in videos that are too long or an endless course. Each lesson is intended to get you up and running fast.
Each week, you’ll have three short videos to watch and three game-changing exercises to complete. You’ll also have one day to intentionally reflect on what you’ve learned. This signature 21 Day Personal Productivity Makeover™ will take you from overwhelmed and distracted to free to focus.
Immediately. From the very first lesson, you’ll start seeing productivity—and your reasons for it—in a new light. As you adjust to a different lens, your habits will begin to change alongside the practical lessons. By the time you reach the “Cut” lessons, you’ll be getting hours added back to your week. By the time you reach the “Act” lessons, you’ll be experiencing the confidence and satisfaction that comes from accomplishing what matters most, whether at home or at work.
Absolutely. The principles in this program can be applied to any lifestyle or occupation. We designed it with executives and entrepreneurs in mind because they tend to have the greatest demands on their time but also feel the most overwhelmed. But Free to Focus is for every person who wants to achieve more by doing less.
It sure is. Most people feel overwhelmed at work and at home. And, in both arenas, the urgent often derails us from giving attention to the truly important. Free to Focus reshapes your entire approach to productivity. It will help you reorient your personal and home life so that you can get the most out of ALL of your time, not just your time in a professional environment.
Yes! One of our favorite aspects of this system is its flexibility. A yellow pad can be just as effective as the latest task management app when you’re using the Free to Focus system. You can become massively productive no matter which medium you prefer. Because Free to Focus doesn’t obligate you to a rigid agenda or complex system, you don’t have to conform to the course. The course conforms to you and how you operate best.
Calculate the cost of even 10 hours saved per week through this course. Add up the amount of potential revenue that you might gain from being able to work on critical projects that you aren’t getting to right now. For example, if you’re a financial services professional billing $150 an hour, saving even 10 hours a week to redirect to client work would generate an additional $1500 per week, or $6000 per month. For almost any boss, this is a no-brainer.
Also, many employers allocate a budget for employee training throughout the year, such as courses and conferences. Ask if you can expense this course to that budget for your continuing education.
Free to Focus does not explicitly mention Living Forward or the process of life planning. We didn’t want that to be a prerequisite. instead, we want people to start with whatever is their greatest felt need.
However, all of these products work together, including 5 Days to Your Best Year Ever>. You can successfully enter at any point. For example, if you’ve struggled to accomplish the most important goals you set at the beginning of the year, Free to Focus is exactly what you need to get unstuck and intentionally use each day to make the kind of progress you’ve been looking for.
Think of it like this: Living Forward gives you the 30,000 foot view by helping you create your Life Plan. 5 Days to Your Best Year Ever gives you the 10,000 foot view by showing you how to set compelling annual goals. Free to Focus meets you at ground zero and empowers you to slay distractions to make meaningful progress toward your most important goals and projects on a daily basis.
